Refund/Return Policy
Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your order, you have 30 days from the receipt of your order to request a refund for unopened merchandise. To initiate a return, please email us at support@edenwellnessco.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Our customer service department will provide you with an RMA number within 24-48 hours. Only unopened units will be eligible for a refund. Please return the unopened unit to the address provided below. Once received, a refund will be issued for the purchase price. Refunds will not be provided for refused or unauthorized returns.

Please write your RMA number on the outside of the envelope for proper account credit.
We recommend using a delivery confirmation system for all returned items to ensure proper delivery. Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Once your return is received by our shipping department, it will generally take 7 business days or sooner to process your refund. The refund will be posted to your account within 3-5 business days, depending on your financial institution.
